The staff were so warm and welcoming, especially Dresha at check-in! Our daughter lost her cat, and Renee went above and beyond to help us find her. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the swimming pool is a perfect way to unwind!

Brand-new hotel set in the very nice area. Nicely updated room with cooking utensils as well as silverware for a really really nice stay on a 2 week vacation. Very attentive staff with knowledge of the place. Ideal location, 26 minutes drive from the airport. Delicious and great meals.

I loved the fact that the bed room is off from the front room it still gives the adults privacy from the kids

we were given a pet room that smelled like wet dog. housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room, and the carpet had stains.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel's location. The rooms are well-kept. The hotel provides a very good breakfast. There is a pull-out sleeper in the den.

Enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room – it was so handy! 🍳 Having a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge was a bonus. The hotel's location in a lovely neighborhood was just perfect.

The hotel is clean, staff are excellent and breakfast is free and delicious. The location is exceptionally nice and ideal, 2 miles from Agricenter International. The property restaurant is great. This is a hotel go-to for Memphis!

Well-maintained and cozy rooms that come with a bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, and a heater for warmth. 🧹

The room was perfectly clean and huge with silverware, bedroom, and cooking utensils, just what was needed. The location was favorable near the main highway and Memphis attractions. The staff were ready to help. Moreover, it was just next door to Memphis/Germantown and restaurants.

This place was very clean and exceptional, I absolutely loved it; the room had a spacious kitchen, a living room, and a comfortable couch, and the service was great, I was completely satisfied.

I really enjoyed having a separate living room area with a cozy couch in my room, and the staff here were always friendly and eager to assist.

All the staff were ready to help. Comfortable location, very nice area, near Memphis/Germantown. Exceptionally clean rooms and common areas. A great suburb northeast of Memphis around great restaurants and shopping.

Thank you for a fine stay. The hotel is so well-kept and reasonably priced. The staff is hospitable. This is a convenient and ideal location in Memphis. The Germantown district is worth seeing. The rooms offered are compact and nicely updated with all the comforts.
